Terms and Conditions for Evently's Piggy Bank Painting Workshop

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings for Evently's Piggy Bank Painting Workshop must be made in advance.

• Payment is required upon booking and can be completed through PayNow.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop.

• In the event of a timely cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

• Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

3. Late Booking Requests:

• Bookings can be made up to 2 days in advance through our online platform.

• For last-minute bookings within the 2-day window, please contact us directly through email, Instagram, or Facebook to check availability.

• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Workshop Participation:

• Participants must arrive on time for the workshop.

• Late arrivals may miss important instructions and may not be accommodated.

• Participants are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the workshop facilitators.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop.

• Tickets are transferable to another person with prior notification to Evently.

6. Workshop Changes:

• Evently reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance.

• In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be offered

7. Photography and Promotion:

• Evently may capture photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes.

• Participants who do not wish to be featured in promotional materials should inform Evently in writing in advance.

8. Age Restrictions:

• Participants must adhere to the specified age restrictions for the workshop. Children under 12 may require adult supervision.
